What are Niall Services?
We are a certification and compliance service provider founded in 2008, with physical address at Austin, Texas. With over a decade of experience and thousands of completed audits, we help businesses worldwide achieve international quality, security, and compliance standards through expert guidance and support.
What kind of services do you provide?
We offer three main service areas - system certification, helping businesses build management systems aligned with international standards - product certification, covering testing and certification for specific physical products and training, including courses for individuals and organizations seeking auditor qualifications or stronger internal compliance knowledge and capabilities.Which ISO standards do you help with?
We support numerous ISO standards, including ISO 9001 (quality management), various versions of ISO 27001 (information security), ISO 22301 (business continuity), ISO 20000 (IT service management), ISO 27701 (privacy), ISO 42001 (AI management), ISO 27017/27018 (cloud security and privacy), ISO 13485 (medical devices), ISO 14001 (environment), and ISO 45001 (health and safety).Do you cover compliance beyond ISO standards?
Yes. Alongside ISO certifications, we offer support for GDPR, PCI-DSS, SOC 2 (Type 1 and Type 2) reporting, HIPAA, HITRUST, TISAX, CMMI, and CCPA.This makes us relevant beyond traditional manufacturing or operations-focused businesses, helping technology companies, healthcare providers, and data-driven organizations with security, privacy, and payment compliance needs.
What product certifications do you offer?
On the product side, we offer CE marking and RoHS testing/certification, along with food and consumer-goods-related certifications such as HACCP, HALAL, KOSHER, GMP, ISO 22000, and FSSC 22000.These help manufacturers and exporters meet safety, hygiene, and regional market-access requirements for their physical products.
How long does certification take?
There's no fixed timeline. It depends on the chosen standard (ISO 9001 focuses on existing processes, so many firms are already partway there), organizational complexity, number of sites and employees, and our assessment body's availability, typically two to four months. Most assessments involve a readiness gap analysis followed by a full audit. How much does an assessment cost?
Cost isn't fixed and depends largely on the external assessment/certification body selected, since India has many accredited bodies at varying price points, some more affordable and others more established or industry-specific.Our role is primarily consultative, preparing your organization for the audit, while certification itself is issued by an accredited body.
Can you help us choose an assessment body?
Yes, this is part of our service. We've developed close relationships with multiple UKAS and NABCB accredited certification bodies and can recommend a suitable one for your organization based on factors like cost considerations and that body's specific experience and reputation within your particular industry or sector.Do you help after we've gained certification?
Yes, we offer ongoing support through a service contract covering annual management of your certified system. This includes planning and scheduling internal audits, carrying these out through our auditors, identifying and resolving any non-conformities, and preparing your organization for the annual surveillance visit, which we also attend with you.
What training do you offer, and how can we contact you?
We offer Lead Auditor training for ISO 27001, ISO 45001, and ISO 9001. We serve clients across India, Qatar, Kuwait, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, and East Africa.Reach us by phone, email at info@isoniall.com, our request-for-quotation form by certification category, or our social media channels.
